I have been diving more into the 15Us (and many 16Us as some 2027s are playing a year up), and these are the top players that have caught my eye. With these prospects, I look more for flashes + body projection (wingspan, frame, current size vs accessible data to parents’ heights) than complete polish right now, but some players being more polished than others gives a bump up. Ultimately, this is an upside play ranking, projecting what will be more than what is today:

Look for these rankings to change over time; the further away from draft time we are (in this case almost 4 years), the more likely things are to change. Some key takeaways:
If you are gambling on upside, the following players should be at the top of your list:
Marquis Newson: Power slasher that drives with force. Has a good looking jumper but percentages need to improve both from 3 and the line (58%). Needs to become more disciplined, particularly on defense, but has high upside
CJ Rosser: Projectable high-level shooter that can already hit advanced shots and has great size. Plus athlete. Needs to add a lot of weight. Doesn't make the advanced read beyond some zone passing. Isn't as good defensively as his tools would suggestGabe Nesmith: All-around scorer; great athlete. Nifty finisher with both hands. Two way upside with ideal size, making him an easy star candidate and the next star up at Montverde.
Baba Sow: Great size at nearly 6’8 with real ball-skills and creation ability. Needs to iron out his game a bit more to hit the upside.
Marcus Spears Jr: Long frame, good athlete. Jumper needs to come along. A bit stiff defensively. Good helpside defender. Somewhat of a project, but high upside
Charles Pur: Long big with real upside as a shooter. Can pull-up but rarely does so. Needs to get a lot stronger, but if he does so quickly he can be a dominant rim protector.
Nasir Anderson: power slashing with great ability to kick out of drives and win in the middle both as a scorer and passer.
Donovan Davis: probably the best analytical darling in the class with a 2.5 A/TO ratio as a PF, elite rim numbers, and plus shooting indicators
Dooney Johnson: Shooter with abilities to make good reads. Needs to get a lot stronger and fight through contact better. Has great defensive balance
